Finished to a standard, not to a price.
Renovate Design is a joinery-led renovation company. We handle projects from start to finish and bring in the trades to suit, so everything runs to one plan and you only ever deal with one number.
Before & after
Finished shots only tell you where a project ended up. These ones show what the room was doing wrong, and how it was put right.
Our expertise
From complete renovations to specialist joinery, we deliver craftsmanship across every area of home improvement, with the same attention to detail whether it is a full refit or a single door.
We organise and handle the project from start to finish, with a team of trades who work together to make your house become your home. If you already have tradesmen you would like to use, we will work around them and deal with the rest.
From design to delivery
Our services begin from your ideas, whether it's a completely new kitchen or just adaptations to your current one, even if it's only changing the worktops. At Renovate Design we will design a kitchen best suited for your lifestyle and home, supplying and fitting different brands of kitchens across Glasgow and the West.
Precision in every detail
Bathroom design and layout is often overlooked. From the rip-out to the silicone seal at the end, we gain maximum space and practicality for your new bathroom. We have different ranges designed to suit your budget.
Crafted to perfection
Our joiners are fully qualified and carry out skilled work. We offer a wide range of jobs throughout your home and external areas to transform your living spaces.
Styled for the way you live
As part of the design process we offer an interior design service to gain the maximum aesthetic from your renovation project. If you're unsure what works well together, this service makes sure your project stands out.
Where we work
We work across Glasgow, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and the surrounding areas. If your town is not listed, it is still worth asking.
Reviews
“Very pleased with Rhys, he always does a great job!”
“I have had a few jobs done by Rhys, ceiling panels, doors trimmed and a new fence. Professional, quick and excellent results. Will definitely be using their services again soon.”
“Rhys was part of the team that put my new bathroom in. Quality job, delighted with the outcome. Hard working, professional & easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. Photos show the old & new bathroom. What a difference, unrecognisable!! 👍👍👍”
“Would very highly recommend Renovate Design. Rhys is highly professional and his attention to detail is second to none. He cleans up thoroughly and is very pleasant to have in your home. Would definitely have him do any further work in our home.”
“Rhys sorted my door, kept me informed of plans, cannot fault him. Will use again.”
“I can't recommend Rhys highly enough! He completely transformed my massage therapy room by fitting the flooring, skirting boards, built-in cupboard, and LED lighting, and the finished result is exactly what I was hoping for. A big thank you as well to Adam for helping Rhys throughout the project, and to Graeme the plumber for upgrading the radiator pipes. It was a real team effort, and the quality of work from everyone involved was excellent. The room now looks so clean, professional, and welcoming. The craftsmanship is amazing, with great attention to detail and a real pride in the finished result. Everything has been completed to a very high standard. On top of that, Rhys and the team were friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to have around. Rhys has great taste in music and even an alright singing voice!😄 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you all for creating such a beautiful space!”
“Rhys laid a new engineered floor and skirtings throughout my house. He worked hard and his finishing was excellent. Reasonable price and was very helpful when making decisions. I would have him back again without any worries.”
“Rhys did a great job shaving a bit off an oak door for me. He was very efficient and professional. Turned up at agreed time, cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend and defintely use him again.”
“Project: I hired Rhys to build me a large custom media wall unit, complete with hidden cables (for ethernet, power and HDMI), open and closed storage partitions and additional power sockets. He started off with ripping out my old fireplace and trims, then covering all my carpet and furniture using dust sheets. He then built the frame and gave me the chance to review the progress. At a certain point I was able to route all the cables myself, and Rhys helped rework the framing and panelling to ensure I had access. His electrician and decorator were well organised and arrived on time to complete their parts of the project. Even after the project was completed, one of the doors didn't latch properly so he came back during his free time to fix it. Communication: He was engaged from the design process, offering suggestions for ideas and his professional opinion on materials. I drafted up wireframe diagram of what I wanted including the dimensions, and he made it a reality. Rhys is contactable through WhatsApp and always responded in a timely manner. Recommendation: Rhys is a lovely guy to talk to, overall very professional and honest with this work. I've called him back for several small projects and recommended him to a few friends.”
